We are here to share with you some of those pumpkin recipes that are promising to exhibit the power of pumpkin protein. Try these at your home this fall. Come on; read the recipes here…

Pumpkin Smoothie

Those, who are a regular user of Valkyrie Testosterone C250, would want to enjoy some tasty protein meals this fall. Smoothie is always a relatively simple recipe to try out with your pumpkin. But, it would give the full power of protein and is a must-try drink after your workouts. Know how to make a pumpkin smoothie below:

  • Pumpkin
  • Protein powder (Any flavor)
  • Flavored almond milk (Unsweetened)
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Take at least ¼ cups of pumpkin, and put them along with all the other ingredients mentioned above in a blender. Put all the wet ingredients in first as the dry ingredients will tend to stick at the bottom of your blender. Putting the wet ingredients into the blender first will prevent this. After blending all the ingredients to the desired consistency, you can add ice according to your taste and enjoy your healthy drink.

Pumpkin Pie

This is an adapted version, which increases the protein content and decreases the calories at the same time. This has become one of our favorite protein-rich recipes today. See the recipe below:

  • Cool whip (fat-free)
  • Pudding mix (sugar-free)
  • Protein powder (desired flavor)
  • Pumpkin
  • Flavored Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Nutmeg
  • Pie spice
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cracker crust

For this recipe, we used pumpkin in a pureed form as it was easy to get the pie texture. You can prepare your own puree by putting some pumpkin slices in a blender. Then, take the puree, and mix it with the pudding mix, protein powder, spices, as well as the vanilla extract. Then, pour the resultant mixture into the crust, and add cool whip for topping. Keep the whole setup [RG1] in the freezer for at least 45 minutes. Your tasty pie is ready to eat now!

Pumpkin Spice Pancake

This is another tasty pancake with special flavors of cinnamon. This would be your perfect protein-rich breakfast before or after your workout sessions. The recipe is here:

  • Protein powder
  • Pumpkin
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking powder
  • Egg white
  • Oats
  • Water
  • Sweetener (Sugar-free)

Put all the above-mentioned ingredients in a blender, and blend to the desired consistency. On a heated non-stick skillet coated with oil, spoon the mixture. When one side of your pancake is cooked, turn it. When the top is covered with bubbles, remove from the heat, and eat it.

So, these are three great protein-rich pumpkin recipes. Be sure to try them at your home this fall!
