For this recipe, we used pumpkin in a pureed form as it was easy to get the pie texture. You can prepare your own puree by putting some pumpkin slices in a blender. Then, take the puree, and mix it with the pudding mix, protein powder, spices, as well as the vanilla extract. Then, pour the resultant mixture into the crust, and add cool whip for topping.
