I am a thirty six year old man who is single and lives by himself. Since I am the only one who has to take care of myself as all my relatives do not visit me that much, since even they are busy in their own hectic lives. I do all the work in the house, and I love doing work as sitting idle makes me feel really useless. One day suddenly there was a shooting pain in my left hand that caused me pain lasting for a week. Is there any long term solution of not getting left hand pain in the future?
