I am 32 years old and I am an wrestler. Two days back I had a one on one wrestling match which I managed to win. But from that time onwards, I have been suffering from a stiff back which is paining me a lot. I have tried some pain relief gels for my back pain but they seem to provide only symptomatic relief.
