When I come from work I usually sit on my personal recliner. At times it fall asleep on the recliner itself. I often forget to go to my bed. I don’t know why my neck is paining when I try to rotate it. I am not being able to push my head upwards,left, right and down. Earlier it was not this bad, but now my neck is really stiff. What are the causes behind the stiff neck of mine? Kindly help. Thank you.
