Well, I have been suffering from depression. So, I have taken help from professional counseling and have had one emergency mental evaluation. They concluded I was safe. I was never diagnosed with any mental illness earlier. I am absolutely sensible and everyone around me chalked up the whole thing to a phase. But it was a bad thing to go through. The doctors and counselors were clueless about the type of problem I had. I read books on the system after it was over and found out why the system sucks so badly. Could you tell me something about country’s mental health systems? Please help me.
