Well, I’m an obese guy and 17 years of age. I have recently purchased the HCG x-30 Weight Loss drops. However, I lost the pamphlet that goes inside the box and it had all the diet plan information included in it. What is the HCG Diet Plan? I was hoping someone could tell me what is on the list of foods that are okay to have daily and the amount of each recommended. Is the hcg diet fatal? Does the hcg diet really work? Please help me.
