I have to complete a health survey and I’m considering these questions for carrying out the survey. I want to know that how much fat intake you have had in two days. How many total grams of fat did I consume? How much saturated, unsaturated and trans-fats did I consume? Was my fat intake during these two days in a healthy range? Did I eat the wrong type of fat? How can I change my eating habits to improve? Is conducting a health survey good for your future health? Please help me.
