1. Determination is the key

I was home and that too in my bed because I couldnโ€™t go to work. Just a week before, a swelling appeared on my shoulder which resulted in tremendous pain. It was bursitis, so my movements were restricted because any movement enhanced the pain. Some of my relatives had stopped by to pay me a visit. They talked to me and consoled me but when my cousin praised me for my will to succeed, I decided to get myself out of this mess very quickly. I consulted the best doctor in town who started to treat me with the latest treatment for bursitis. With the help of my doctorโ€™s prescription and my will to recover, my condition improved within days. After a few days, I could move my arm and shoulder without any pain. Things improved with time, so I went back to work and enjoyed life as it was before. Nothing is impossible if one has the will to do it.

2. Positive attitude keeps me going

I developed several health complications as I reached my fifties. Life was already full of problems and everything seemed to be dull. Bursitis caused a lump formation on my knee joint. My knee hurt a lot, so I could barely walk. My doctor advised complete rest but I never had the patience to rest in one place for long. This increased my agony and the condition got worse. At the doctorโ€™s clinic, I saw a patient with the same problem but he seemed to be very positive. His state of mind and energy shook me from inside and I got positive vibes from that very moment. He inspired me to never back off from the problem, instead face and fight it. I started to think positively and took the prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs regularly. With this approach, I recovered from bursitis in a short period of time.

3. Never give up

I am a badminton player and my career almost ended when bursitis attacked me and left me in pain and agony. Bursitis affected my elbow joint, as a result of which I had to stop playing. I had to stop practicing badminton for an upcoming tournament which was very important for me. My coach came to me and told me a story about โ€œNever giving up in lifeโ€. I was so motivated that I decided to participate in the tournament despite of suffering from bursitis. To participate in the tournament, I needed to get rid of bursitis first. I went to a physiotherapist who started the therapies and relieved me from this menace. With my positive attitude and the doctorโ€™s help, I even made it to the finals and won the championship. Hard work and positive approach always pay off.

4. My betterhalf helped me get well soon

I have always been a man who likes to be fit and healthy in life. A few months ago, I started to have mild pains in my legs and then the intensity of pain exaggerated with time. I was unable to do any work properly. My knees hurt a lot and my left knee started to show swelling. The condition got worse and the swelling increased. I could barely walk and even trying to walk caused a lot of pain. My wife suggested to apply ice to the swollen area as she had read about it in some health magazine. I did not agree with her and even resisted this remedy, but she insisted and started to apply ice to my knees. This worked as the swelling started disappearing and pain started to fade away slowly. In a couple of days I felt better and I was very grateful to my wife. She supported and took care of me when I needed it most.

5. A lucky advertisement

My mother was diagnosed with bursitis and she suffered a lot of pain. Her condition got worse with each passing day. We tried several doctors but none could cure her disease completely. Sometimes the pain subsided but the relief lasted only for a brief moment. She was completely broken and even refused to take medicines any more. I did not want to see her in pain but I couldnโ€™t I help her either. Luckily, one evening I was listening to radio and an advertisement was broadcasted. This advertisement was about a clinic that used a therapy for getting rid of bursitis and other joint related disorders. I decided to take my mother to the clinic. We got an appointment and a doctor started with some therapies that helped my mother to get better. After some days, my mother started to show signs of improvement. I thank God that I heard the advertisement on time and that helped to give my mother a life free of pain.
