I fear something is wrong with me. I have not been well for the past couple of days and I have been having antibiotics. Maybe I am getting my periods and I am just getting paranoid. What I want to understand is, that how can I be getting my periods when I am pregnant. I have been pregnant for a month now. I know what spotting is and this bleeding is definitely not similar to spotting. Please make it clear to me about getting pregnant on your period. I do not understand why this is happening, should I tell my doctor about this case. I am thinking the worst would be a miscarriage. But I do not think it is that either because the pregnancy belly is still showing.
