Hello all! I am 45 years old and suffering from knee arthritis. My knee problem has aggravated in the last one year. I was on anti-inflammatory medication and physiotherapy for my problem previously but I was not getting the desired results. Now my doctor has prescribed me osteo bi-flex. I want to know how this osteo bi-flex works and its side-effects? Anyone else using the osteo bi-flex with effective results? I want people’s openion on it.
