I am 34 years old.I was a hyperthyroid patient from my birth time.It was a congenital defect you see.For the treatment of my thyroid problem I was taking methimazole drug for the last 3 years.It has really benefitted me I must admit but it has also paved way for another problem for me which is submandibular gland sialadenitis.I am having enlarged salivery glands for the last week.I am enable to swallow anything and I am on liquid diet.Suggest me the treatment of submandibular gland sialadenitis?
