I am 25 years of age and two weeks pregnant.For the past 3 days I am having severe pain between the navel and the lower part of the rib cage in the midline of the abdomen,Today only I noticed color changes of the swollen area ( purple colored).I am also experiencing nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and stomach swelling.Could this be epigastric hernia?Should I go for ultrasound?
