Hello everyone! I am 45 year sold and I have been suffering from osteoporosis for the last one year now. Actually it all started one year back when I had my menopause. It was a very bad experience for me. I used to have frequent mood swings and irritability earlier. Now I am suffering from osteoporosis for the last one year now. Its a weak bone problem as you all would know. I am always at a risk of bone fracture so I want people’s help to tell me what’s the treatment for osteoporosis?
