I am here for my 12 years old son. He is for the past one week has been showing signs of diarrhea. He is having watery stools with accompanying muscle cramps. I had given him one herbal medicine for relieving the symptoms of diarrhea but it didn’t help him much. Now I would be very grateful if someone can tell me as to how to treat the diarrhea? Thanks!
