I am 43 years old and I am here for my cause. Actually I have been a smoker for the past 2 years and now I want to get rid of this bad habit. It has caused me a lot of harm and now I would like to quit smoking. I want to know as to how effective is nicotine patch for smoking cessation? Anybody used it previously who would like to share his thoughts? Waiting for the replies!
