I am having a lot of throat problems these days and the most recent is that if feel like tightness in my throat. I am having serious head ache, muscle ache, pain in the neck. I am having difficulty while talking and eating food. I feel my lymph nodes have swollen. Can you tell me the diagnosis of tightness in throat and what are the remedies and precautions that we can take so that this doesn’t occur in the future?
