I am troubled with the lower right back pain; this has become a complete mess for me. I can’t sit for long hours and when I get up after sitting for a long time it begins to pain tremendously. Now, I can’t really bear the pain and it has become intolerable, please tell me how to get rid of my lower right pain. Do I need to go for a surgery or will be okay in some days.
