My wife had a surgery for back fusion around 12 weeks back and since then she has been suffering from swelling and extreme pain in both of her legs. The surgeon who performed the surgery says that this condition may be due to Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Does anyone know about this disease? It doesn’t make sense to me that a back fusion surgery would cause this in her legs. Does it?
