A long time back I was diagnosed by a derm as having psor. Few time back after a biopsy the other derm said it is pityriasis lichenoidis chronicus. I was having red dots for two years and there were mostly on my legs and hips. Also the psor on my elbows have been with me for more than 25 years now. So I may have both. Anyone have any experience with pityriasis? Also, I read that some of you use vaseline as a moisturizer. Any reason that you don’t simply use, say, the Vaseline Moisturizer lotion?
