People skipping morning meals are more likely to gain more number of calories compared to people who have breakfast.

It does not need to be exotic to be healthy. Whole grain bread, yogurt, butter, eggs, fruits will help you provide a balanced morning meal. Some people prefer lean meat, sea foods and vegetables for breakfast. Majority of dieticians also recommends diet that includes fats and carbohydrates.

Eggs give you enough protein required by your body. Egg yolk gives you antioxidants which helps in preventing cataract and other eye disorders, along with decreasing your chances of a heart disorder. Dairy products and yogurt can help you manage weight because they have the ability to promote hormone levels such as PYY and GLP-1. Oat meal also plays a major role and can help in reducing cholesterol levels in your body.
