Everybody suffers from this Stomach Gas problem and they pass it off in so many ways. In recent days, I too am facing this problem that has become a cause of concern as I feel embarrassing sitting between friends. I wish to know as what causes stomach gas and why this problem occurs to those people whose eating habits are not that good. What precaustions one must take in order to prevent stomach gas and live their life freely without worrying too much.
