½ banana, cut in chunks then frozen
¾ cup of blueberries (either frozen or fresh)
1 beet, pre-cooked and diced
1 cup of almond milk
2 tbsp oats (gluten-free)
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Ice cubes, 4-5, large
1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
2 tsp hemp seeds (hulled)
Combine all the fruits and oats, cinnamon and vanilla with ice and almond milk and blend. Pour this in a glass and garnish with hemp seeds and the toasted coconut.
