Hi everyone! I am 24 years old and I am here to discuss one of my problem’s with you. I have been suffering from sleep paralysis for the last one month now. I had undergone a CT scan about a week ago which came out to be perfectly normal. During my sleeps I am having hallucinations that someone is sitting close to me and a heavy load is being put on my body. When I woke up then I am unable to move for some time. I want to know the sleep paralysis treatment?
