Hi all, I want to know that what are the things senior citizens should keep in their mind as my grandfather is very old now. I want to know few tips about keeping health good in this age also. So can someone tell me what all he needs to do to keep himself fit and fine and healthy. How can he keep himself away from diseases and other problems which senior people face in their age. It will be a great help if someone out here can let me know what all my grandfather should do to keep himself healthy.
