I have fit athlete body, and to make my body perfect I usually run during the morning time for 60 – 75 minutes. Last week I had noticed Hips strains and tightness to my hips but I didn’t take it seriously but since morning after running I have diagnose with severe hip pain. I always warm up my body before workout; I want to know that what are hip injuries from running that a man can face, and how to get relief for pain in hip?
