Some very unbearable kind of lower back pain has been taking my sleep away from me these days. I am not that sure about the causes of lower back pain but I think that somewhere my falling into the ground one day while playing soccer is responsible for it. I wish to know about some of the relief for lower back pain so that I could make it better. What measures and medications should be abided for relief from lower back pain?
