I am 19 years old and an active teenager, I am a complete vegetarian. What my problem is sometimes when I go to the bathroom, I feel a sharp pain and got traces of red feces. Last day I noticed bright red poop. I am very much concerned about my condition as this could be anything from a stomach ulcer bleeding to even a colon cancer. I want to know the meaning of this red poop and treatment?
