I don’t know the proper reason behind this but from last two three days only I am feeling some pain in my upper back pain in my heart. Till now I have not taken any medicine for this because it is very slow. So I want to ask this from a people who had already experienced this, what may be the reason behind this? And also tell me the best treatment.
