From last six months I was suffering from ocular hypertension. Right now I have recovered a lot from this disease. For the treatment of ocular hypertension doctor has prescribed me medicated eye drops. Yesterday when I met with my doctor for regular checkup they told me that I am at high risk of glaucoma. They told me that I have got suspicious looking optic nerves and visual field testing results. They don’t told me about these all in detail so I want to ask this from you guys, why I am at high risk for glaucoma if I have detected with suspicious looking optic nerve? How dangerous it is?
