Hello everyone! I am 40 years old and I work in IT sector. My height is 5.9″ and my weight is 160lbs. Ok I am obese and I want to rectify this problem. My whole family is insisting me to lose weight. My son has come out with a challenge for me. He wants me to lose 50 pounds in two weeks. I know its too much to expect but I will have to do it. I want to know how to lose 50 pounds in two weeks?
