Information on Swollen Feet During Pregnancy?

I am a 28 years older first time pregnant woman. It’s my last trimester running. I am quite afraid to get swollen feet at this time. I do not have any idea about it. Its due to thos swollen feet that I am able to do so little. Whatever, I am not expected to work anytime that’s  a good thing but these swollen feet does not even let me go for daily routine comfortably. Can anyone provide me some information on Swollen Feet During Pregnancy.
