Some days ago I suffered from diarrhoea that took out everyhting from me. Vomiting also added to it and more harms were done to my body in that situation. This time I am into dire need of some mineral supplement as I fear that amount of potassium into my blood has lessened a lot and to keep it on normal, I need to go for mineral supplements.
