To treat skin rashes, one can also use a blend of 4 to 5 drops of chamomile essential oil, mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. This blend is to be applied over the rashes to bring about relief from the itching sensation.

6. Use Witch Hazel Infusion

Another herb, which is found to be useful in treating skin rashes, is witch hazel. You can boil the bark of witch hazel in water and then strain the solution after 15 minutes. The infusion thus prepared is to be applied on the skin rashes in order to get rid of skin inflammation and itching.

7. Make herbal blends

A herbal poultice made by combining 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 2 garlic cloves and around 10 bay leaves is to be smeared on the skin rashes to bring about quick healing. You can also blend together yellow dock root, chaparral and dandelion root with water and apply it over the skin rashes. The rashes are to be then covered using a clean cotton bandage.
