Hi, I am 45 and I have this pain in the back of my leg at the knee joint. I can’t really walk properly as it hurts when I move. I don’t know what do for this… I am not too sure that I must take any medicine for this or not as the pain stops when I am stationery… can you please suggest me some remedy for this….? Can I do some yoga for back to knee pain? Please help…
