Cooking food properly is another measure to prevent fever. Food which is not cooked properly may retain some bacteria or virus which may result in stomach aches, culminating in fever. Food should also be stored properly. Cooked food should always be covered with a lid when kept in the refrigerator.

Utensils, cups should not be shared if they are not clean. The dirt in the utensils can be transferred to your stomach once you eat something on that unclean plate and ultimately you can be a victim of fever.

Using illegal drugs may lead to altering one’s behavior and judgement. The use of the drugs can have a side effect on the person and the individual may fall sick.
8. Wear loose clothing for exercising
When an individual is working out, the person should wear loose clothing. The clothing should also be well hydrated. One should take frequent breaks in between working out so as to give the body to cool down. Once the workout is done, he should take half an hour’s rest before venturing out again.
