Hi to all.I am 35 years old.I am a widow.My husband died some three years back.I have one son who is away from me and studying abroad.I am living all alone for two years now.In the beginning I didnot feel any such fear of being alone but recently I am having this real fear of being alone.Am I in depression?My only companion at home is my friend who lives near my place.What should I do to wave off this feeling which has started to sink inside me?
