What is emotional health?

I am a 26 years old and my parents, my boyfriend and all my friends keep saying that I am quite emotionally weak and do things that are abnormal as such. They say that I react very much sometimes but I do not feel it that way. I want to know that what is emotional health? How can I check whether I am all good? Are there some techniques that can help me in getting all my life balanced so that no one pin-points me? Please help.
