1. Drooling

9. Liquid-filled blisters

Cold sores may be identified as trivial, excruciating, liquid-filled eruptions on an elevated, red, aching area of the skin. These red blisters are too painful and irritating when they are on the mouth, or on fingers. Cold sore eruptions generally split open, and gives out some kind of fluid, and later forms a layer over it. Deliberately the blisters get vanished within a few days.
