I am 52 years old and suffering with arthritis. Doctor has prescribed me the dosages of ibuprofen. Two days ago there was unbearable pain in my knee joint. I took ibuprofen. Yesterday, I went to a friends’ place. There I had couple of drinks of alcohol. But today again the pain is back. I am worried. Is this because of the alcohol I took last night? Is alcohol-ibuprofen a fatal combination? Can someone also tell me about the side-effects of ibuprofen, since I am taking them? I would really appreciate. Please suggest.
