I am 12 week pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. Right now I am suffering from heart burn problem and it makes me so uncomfortable that I am not able to sleep in night as well. I don’t know that this is common in pregnancy or should I consult about this to my doctor. Also let me know some of its causes for pregnant women and what can I do to get rid from this problem?
