I am 40 years old and I have been suffering from insomnia. My condition is not all that bad. I do get 4 hours sleep but I think thats not enough for me. Its a kindof short term insomnia you see. I have consulted my doctor who prescribed me zolpidem. I was taking alprex as otc medication previously. I want to know the experts openion on it. I am interested to know about the zolpidem usage and side-effects?
