Hello everyone! I am 24 years old and I have this problem of cough and cold which is on and off but its there whenever its winter time. My uncle has suggested me to use zinc supplement as it would decrease the severity of my cold. I have brought one syrup for myself which has zinc gluconate U.S.P. 10 mg. I want to know if this syrup will benefit me? Tell me all the possible uses of zinc gluconate?
