I am a teacher.My age is 27 years.One week back I had food poisoning which was quite serious.I had to undertake some blood tests for myself which indicated a low white blood count including that of eosinophills.I have heard that eosinophills are involved in the defence mechanism of the body.I want to know a low white blood count what does it mean for a layman like me?Tell me how to correct this condition as soon as possible?Any diet recommendations for it?
