Hi there! I am 32 years old and I have been suffering from this chronic inflammatory skin disease called ‘psoriasis’. I am having these red, dry plaques of thickened skin which I want to control anyhow. I want the people to help me out with this and suggest me the ways of controlling psoriasis? Anyone else encountering the same symptoms as mine?
