What else can cause urination problems if it is not due to infection?

Hi, from about 3 months I have been facing urination problems. I feel tight around my gut and there is frequent urination also. I feel my bladder full sometimes and have frequent bowel movements. I had my all tests done but there were no signs of infection. Can anyone tell me if it is not an infection then what it is and what could I do for it…?
