I am 26 years old and mother of one child. Both me and my husband have decided to delay our second child and for that I want to adopt an effective birth control measure for myself but I am not sure what type of birth control measure I should be using. I have heard about a few but I would like to know in detail about the different types of birth control measures? Awaiting all the replies!
