What if tuberculosis test is postive?

I got tuberculosis test done yesterday and they inject right under the skin. I was wondering that what is if test is not normal. I do not know what I will do if the test shows positive and I have become fearful when these types of questions come to my mind as after the test, the place is still swollen and it itches a lot. If someone has any idea or know about it please share ……I would really appreciate …..thanks a lot
