Hello everyone.My name is Scott.I am 32 years old.I have come for vacation with my family at a hill station.I need to inform you that I am a smoker.I smoke around 3 cigarrettes per day.Due to this reason I have some high blood pressure problem.I had no troubles with breathing earlier but on this hill station I am having trouble breathing.Is this got to do with the altitude of the place?Or there is something wrong with me only?I want to know the reason for my problem?
