From last one week I am suffering from side back pain. I don’t know the actual reason behind this but as it is not increasing, I am not seeking for doctor. Right now I am taking some pain relief medicines and taking bed rest and hoping it will go away by itself. So I want some help from you guys, what do you think may be the reason behind this side back pain? And what I need to do?
