Right now I’m not as spry as I was seven years ago. I have this muscle pain in my right side which interferes with the calisthenics, sitting, cycling & walking. After five days I broke down and bought Ibuprofen which is helping me to reduce the pain but not helping me to recover from this permanently. I don’t want to meet any doctor for such a small problem so, I want to ask from you guys, what are some of the exercises and medicines that can help me to recover from muscle pain?
